  • I cannot receive email. What is wrong?

    Solution: Some times system-generated e-mails (for orders status) can be mistaken for spam from your e-mail provider:

    1. Check SPAM o “Junk Emails” folder of you e-mail account;
    2. Mark our email as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk”;
    3. Now,  problems is fixed: all futures email from will be placed in your Inbox fold.


  • How to choose the right size shirt/jacket?

    In tutorial page, you can consult size charts to get relative measurements in order to choose the correct size.


  • I just placed an order, but I realized that the size is not correct. How can I change size?

    Solution: If your order has been placed recently, you can notify us about your changes by this page :

    1. Insert your name and e-mail;
    2. Insert your ID order as “Subject”;
    3. Write new size and relative item;
    4. Resolve quiz and click on “Send” ;
    5. Now wait for the confirmation message from the tailor shop.
