  • I cannot receive email. What is wrong?

    Solution: Some times system-generated e-mails (for orders status) can be mistaken for spam from your e-mail provider:

    1. Check SPAM o “Junk Emails” folder of you e-mail account.
    2. Mark our email as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk”.
    3. Now,  problems is fixed: all futures email from will be placed in your Inbox fold.
