I cannot receive email. What is wrong?
Solution: Some times system-generated e-mails (for orders status) can be mistaken for spam from your e-mail provider:
- Check SPAM o “Junk Emails” folder of you e-mail account.
- Mark our email as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk”.
- Now, problems is fixed: all futures email from g.inglese.com will be placed in your Inbox fold.
